Description The City of Richmond Department of Public Works is seeking a highly qualified candidates to fill the positions of Engineer, Principal in the Capital Projects Management Division.  The incumbents will be responsible for managing and administering multi-faceted and complex federal-, state- and locally funded transportation projects to include the design and construction of major streetscape, roadway, traffic, drainage, and bridge projects.
