The Senior Engineer of Structural Product Testing, Codes & Standards serves as a senior technical expert responsible for leading industry regulatory compliance initiatives that support structural product development, market access, complex testing and code approvals. The Senior Engineer drives strategy, sets testing and regulatory compliance direction for new structural products, and represents MiTek in external regulatory and standards committees. This role combines applying advanced knowledge of building codes, standards, and evaluation criteria and deep expertise in physical structural product testing. The Senior Engineer also mentors junior engineers, influences design decisions, and ensure timely and successful execution of technically demanding projects. This role w
