Responsible for the management/oversight of complex multi-discipline Atlantic City Expressway and/or Atlantic City International Airport projects or studies. The Project Engineer coordinates the design services and ensures that projects are delivered in accordance with the Authority’s quality assurance/quality control and project delivery guidelines and applies their experience of civil infrastructure (pavements, utilities, site design, storm water management, etc.), including design standards and guidelines (e.g. AASHTO), to assist in the developing strategies and recommendations related to capital projects and major work programs. Job Responsibilities: Prepare the scope of work and budget for capital construction projects or studies.
