Recruiter
Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and delivering the recruitment efforts for the Company. The position oversees the entire recruiting cycle and works directly with hiring managers with minimal supervision. Responsible for screening resumes and possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques to identify qualified candidates. A good knowledge of all technical functions in the Company in order to partner with hiring managers. Apply basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure to assist and advise with recruiting and hiring decisions.
