Structural Engineering faculty position at Liberty University
Liberty University’s School of Engineering (LUSE) invites applications for an August 2021 (or January 2022) structural engineering faculty position at the assistant/associate/full professor rank. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering.  Applicants with a P.E. are preferred.  The faculty member will be expected to teach the steel and concrete design courses and help develop the new civil engineering program and laboratories. Emphasis will be on research, teaching, and service for both undergraduate and graduate-level courses. The first graduates from the program will be in May 2023. LU, with nearly 7,000 acres, has 15,000 residential students and roughly 94,000 online students. LU has approximately 300 undergraduate, 300 masters and 3
