This forensic engineering position involves consultation and reporting regarding investigations of defects in construction and design/construction processes with a focus on structural, civil and architectural issues related to building envelopes, structure, drainage, building systems, building codes, and professional ethics. Primary client base is insurance firms and attorneys. The geographic area includes all of TX, NM, KS, OK, and LA. This is an opportunity for an engineer looking for a new experience and professional growth, who enjoys solving puzzles, likes variety, and has an innate sense of curiosity.

TX Professional engineer (or ability of obtain a TX PE license) Experience in the architectural/engineering design and/or construction industry. Must be able to write, type, use a spreadsheet and a CAD system. Experience in forensic engineering not required |
Additional Salary Information: Performance based salary without a cap is computed as the greater of the base or 40% of net revenues generated by you. Benefits in addition to salary include medical insurance, professional licenses, continuing education, and membership in professional organizations.
