Provides technical, administrative and managerial direction in all County Engineering and Construction activities, including but not limited to, work relating to roadways, traffic and bridge projects, improvements, districts and subdivisions; performs related work as required work as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, or any other related engineering degree. 8 years of progressively responsible engineering experience in including three years of supervisory experience, preferably in road maintenance and construction. Experience working with governmental clients. Must be registered in the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer with proficiency in civil engineering.
