Loureiro has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Groton, Connecticut Office. The successful candidate will build and lead a team of professionals to manage all aspects of site civil engineering for public and private sector land development projects, including grading and drainage design, utility design, site and roadway layout.

Experience in Site Plan applications, permit applications, and design for roadways, sanitary sewers, landfill closures, transfer stations, utilities, hydraulics; and waterfront and marine related projects;
Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications;
Responsible for project financial performance and client relations;
Prepare and review drawings and specifications documenting the systems designed;
Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss design/permitting issues with them;
Supervise multidisciplinary team activities during design and construction administration phases;
Manage work and development of other staff;
Manage small, medium or large projects;
Develop new project opportunities and manage proposal submissions.

Extensive public speaking and presentation experience and/or training;
Strong computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD;
Prior consulting experience.
BS in Civil Engineering or related degree;
10+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development;
Proficient in site layout, grading and utility design;
PE license in Connecticut.
