We have a position available in our Port Orange (Daytona Beach area) office for an entry-level civil engineer. Responsibilities include preparing civil/environmental engineering design documents; preparing design computations, quantity/cost estimates and construction documents; visiting project sites during design and construction for design data collection and verification; serving as the project representative during construction; and communicating with clients, vendors, utility company representatives, contractors and others. Some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil or environmental engineering, or be able to obtain the degree within six months of start date.
The ideal candidate will have experience with of any/all of the following: AutoCAD; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software; GIS; hydraulic and/or hydrology software; previous relevant internship experience; EIT certification is a plus. |
